Precision cutting for metals, electronic components, ceramic materials, crystals, cemented carbide, rock and mineral samples, concrete, organic materials and biological materials.
Designed for precision and deformation-free sample cutting.

The FineCutTouchScreen is designed for precision and deformation-free cutting across a wide range of sample types.
A built-in pull-out multi-stage filter and magnetic residue water tank helps filter foreign matter from the coolant to maintain coolant cleanliness. The pull-out design also simplifies removal and cleaning.
The fully transparent upper cover provides a clear view of the working status while helping protect the operator from misoperation or cutting errors. The damped hinge allows the cover to hover after lifting.
If the motor becomes overloaded during cutting, a corresponding reminder appears on the screen. The machine can adjust automatically, while cutting parameters can also be stopped and re-edited manually.
Multiple cutting parameter recipes can be stored for later reuse, helping operators quickly recall proven settings when processing materials of the same nature.
Push cutting: conventional cutting for workpieces that are easier to cut.
Pulse cutting: suitable for hard or heat-sensitive workpieces, helping reduce cutting-blade loss, workpiece burning and prolonged motor load.
Intelligent cutting: automatically adjusts feed speed according to motor load while maintaining motor speed.
When flat push cutting is used, the workbench can automatically slow down and adjust feed speed according to motor load.
The retraction position can be set to support more controlled workbench movement during the cutting process.
A one-click “return to zero” function automatically returns the worktable to the near-limit position.
Laser guidance can be used to verify whether the intended workpiece cutting path matches the predetermined position.
After the workpiece is fixed, the distance between the workpiece and cutting disc can be quickly adjusted to the nearest reasonable position with one button.
The system displays operating states such as working, door open, near limit, far limit, standby and cutting for easier operation monitoring.
