The GrindPol200Dual/250Dual Series is designed for pre-grinding, grinding and polishing metallographic specimens. Microprocessor-controlled speed adjustment provides a wide operating-speed range to support different metallographic sample-preparation requirements.
The machines combine easy operation and reliable performance for metallographic specimen preparation in factories, research institutions and college laboratories.
Dual-Wheel Grinding & Polishing
Both models are equipped with two grinding and polishing wheels, providing a dual-wheel platform for metallographic specimen preparation. Total input power is 1.5 kW, with 0.75 kW per motor.

Constant speed selections of 150, 300, 600 and 1000 r/min are provided for convenient operation.

Equipped with Ø203 mm wheels and an adjustable rotational-speed range of 0–1400 r/min.
GrindPol250Dual
Equipped with Ø250 mm wheels and an adjustable rotational-speed range of 0–1000 r/min.
Cooling for Metallographic Structure Protection
The integrated cooling system cools the specimen during pre-grinding, helping prevent overheating and reducing the risk of heat-related damage to the metallographic structure.
