A special push-type cutting platform can effectively push-cut or trim the workpiece after installation.
Automatic Stop After Cutting
Under gravity-pressure cutting, the machine automatically stops when cutting is completed to help protect the workpiece and machine parts.
Six Different Purpose Clamps as Standard
Six fixture types are supplied as standard. Select the appropriate fixture according to the workpiece material and shape.
Weight Adjustment Device with Scale
Front and rear weight positions can be adjusted to change cutting pressure, with scales on the weight rod for accurate positioning.
Stepless Speed Adjustment
Stepless speed regulation provides an adjustable spindle-speed range of 150–2000 r/min.
Repair Knife Clamping Device
A trimmer kit is included for sharpening the cutting disc and can also serve as a holder for short-stroke manual cutting.
Transverse Shift Device with Adjustable Cutting Length & Thickness
Hand-wheel adjustment controls cutting length or thickness. Lateral movement is displayed in real time, with 40 mm stroke and 0.01 mm accuracy.
Damping Panoramic Protective Transparent Cover with Safety Device
The transparent cover supports cutting observation and splash protection. Opening it during operation automatically stops the machine, while the damping device allows it to hover at an angle.
